The full Silver service plan is as follows:

Online presence - A front page 4 slide card on our site with Online & telephone sales optimisation and management.​​

​​​OTA listings* - You will have a fully optimised and managed listing on multiple Online Travel Agent sites, such as booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.

Photography package - Photo's taken to highlight your property in its best light, 25 images fully edited for you to use and to be used in our online marketing of your property.

Social Media - As well as general mentions within our own posts, we will post at least 4-8 updates a month dedicated to your property on our own pages. These may be posts or reels.

Day to day property management - We will arrange changeover cleaning services, self check in for your customers, laundry, general garden maintenance & small repairs and replacements when needed (not including emergency call out) to make sure no guests are given a less than perfect holiday.

Our booking & marketing starter service.
You take care of the property, we'll take care of sales! (subject to review), We'll Create a profile card on the front page of our EC Holidays Sales website and host your online & telephone sales via our platform as well as multiple OTA channels. We'll take well presented photo's of your property highlighting exactly what makes your property truly enticing, and upload these to all outlets.
We'll also post dedicated instagram/facebook posts and/or reels 4-5 times a month on our own pages.
With All Bronze and Silver benefits, we will also include full dynamic pricing, plus regular Email updates to website subscribers, and joint advertising inclusion on Google & Facebook.
Plus extra services such as firewood delivery, BIrthday/Anniversary decor etc. This is the full turnkey service.
